I would like to suggest that the company ABC establish an anonymous suggestion box in the upcoming project 5. Because the company should take every employee’s suggestions seriously.

a good solution to a particular problem at ABC Company. You’ll need to establish a need (the problem that needs to be solved) for the solution, of course, and the audience (supervisor or manager) who will be in a position to approve the solution and provide the needed resources for it.

As far as research sources go, you’ll want to research and locate other companies similar in size to ABC Company that had a similar problem in need of a solution. And you’ll want to research what those companies did to solve it. You might be able to find a company that had a similar problem and solved it with a suggestion box system, the way you envision for ABC Company. That would be a good source for the project.

After you’ve more fully developed the “problem,” the “solution,” and the audience for the report, do research on your own to see what you can locate.
