“Kitchen of the Future” The goal of this project is to create a conceptual design solution that interprets trends in historical styles for a contemporary (future) use and presents that solution through rendered perspectives. The student will create a design for a kitchen space in the year 2050; the design should be developed by analyzing and interpreting trends in interior and kitchen design in the past and showing a logical progression for what would be appropriate for lifestyles, materials, and technology in the future.
