Hi all, I really need help with these two assignments. This is really easy to do as long as you follow the instructions well. I, unfortunately, do not have an old paper written on any of the subjects that my teacher recommends. I first need help writing a horrible paper for a topic that has to do with engineering, programming, or procedures. The paper DOES NOT HAVE TO BE LONG. The paper could be 2 pages, and it does NOT HAVE TO BE A GOOD PAPER. If you have any old papers written in these subjects, feel free to use the paper. Once that is done, then the proposal can be written. Assignment 2 is extremely easy. The instructions are below.

Summary

This document details the three stages of the Multimodal Project and the purpose, timing, and scoring of each deliverable in the project.

Introduction

For this assignment, students will create a remix of an old “paper”. You will select one of your own papers from a previous class that perhaps you didn’t do well on, or maybe you didn’t like the end product as well as you thought you might. The more “technical” your old project is, the better suited it will be to the objectives of this course (see table 1 for a hierarchy of possibilities- 1 is most suitable).

Please note: Table 1 indicates the successes I have witnessed with this project in the past, not an empirical definitive list. The best source for this project is “the one you have”.

Each of the deliverables are described in this section in terms of their nature, the timing of the deliverable, and the scoring method for each deliverable.

Proposal

In stage 1: Write a proposal to gain approval for the “Paper” you intend to work with. The proposal should look like an internal proposal as described in Canvas in the Technical Writing Toolbox module. The proposal will be submitted in a separate assignment space and must meet with success in order to gain approval to proceed to the draft.

Scoring: The Proposal will be scored as complete/incomplete. A score of complete is required to move on to the next deliverable.

Assignment 2 

Successful communication becomes far more important when the users depend on the writers words to show them how do things. The purposes of writing: To Express, Entertain, Influence, Reflect, Evaluate, Inquire, Analyze, Define, Persuade, Propose, etc. do not bear such immediate consequences for failure as when we write to inform or explain.
