I’m working on a writing question and need support to help me understand better.

The textbook looks at gender and race from a macro (big picture) perspective, but they are also both things that we deal with every day through social interaction. For your forum this week I’d like you to think about 3 micro level interactional changes that you think could contribute to a macro level change in society. The thing here is that you need explain the logic of how you think these small dominos topple into the bigger issue of inequality.
