For this speech, the topic statement (propmt) is: How will the Astroworld tragedy change the course of music festivals forever? 

Explanation of what happened: At Travis Scott’s Astroworld concert, eight people died and hundreds more were injured as detectives tried to figure out why and how a large gathering turned deadly. Some people passed out. Others battled for a breath of fresh air. Concertgoers surfed the unconscious corpses of friends and strangers over the top of the throng in the hopes of getting them to safety. Others yelled for CPR assistance and called for the event to end.
