As textbook Chapter 9 states, it is helpful to know how emotions influence our thinking and behavior. It is also important to determine sources of emotional difficulties. The textbook authors support their opinion that becoming a skilled observer of our emotions is one of the best ways to achieve greater emotional control.

The purpose of the exercise below is to build self awareness.

This mid-term project has four steps.
