I have some readings and videos, article, total is 13. I need an annotated bibliography for each of them, round 250-300 words for each of them. An annotated bibliography is a list of citations with an accompanying detailed annotation.An annotation is a short summary of the source that begins with an introduction to the author, identifying the thesis statement (main argument), 1-3 key points in the article/chapter, and important evidence presented. Note! Brevity and the use of concise, detailed language in an analysis of the source is more important that a comprehensive/exhaustive overview. You don’t need to (indeed often cannot) include every point a reading makes. For this assignment, treat the annotation as a handy ‘note to self’ about the reading. Once you’ve given a summary of the reading, go deeper and include: points that surprised you, or an important thing you learned (a-ha moments!), or amazing quotes, or questions you have, or points you disagree with (be sure to say why), or connections to other readings/topics in class discussion. You need not include all of these prompts, but answering some of them will provide a deeper analysis of the reading and its significance to the course.
