1. Imagine you are the facility manager at a facility hosting a popular event. As the event begins to conclude, the crowd in attendance starts to become hostile. What specific steps would you take to ensure the safety of audience members, event participants, and facility assets?
2. Several hours before a very popular and widely anticipated event, the event is suddenly and unexpectedly cancelled. A large crowd forms at the hosting facility and begins to descend on the building – some demanding the event proceed as planned, some demanding refunds, etc.. The crowd is clearly becoming more and more agitated. As the facility manager, how do you proceed?
