Write a 1-2 page reflection of how the speaker(s) demonstrated the role of the leader, (include body language/ eye contact (trustworthiness)/ tone & if there were missing leadership or management qualities such as mutual goal setting, respect, hearing other voices, emotions, are a few examples). Write a reflection piece on what leadership qualities you observed the speaker exhibit. If you noticed management styles, then also comment on these qualities. Write how you will incorporate these qualities or if you will not incorporate these leadership or management qualities and why or why not.
