Spend a few minutes thinking about a public place where you frequently spend time (college’s student center, your work, your favorite bar, favorite restaurant, the grocery store, your church, etc.). Think about the people that you see in the place you picked. 

Write about 2 different ways you can classify these people. For example, in the bar, I could classify people by age and race (do not use this exact example). Explain the classification/division category and give details about the people in the category. For example, the young people usually hang at the bar trying to get a drink, and the older people sit at the tables in the back (do not use this exact example).
