Please take a moment to reread the assignment sheet distributed in class.  Remember that you are to imagine you are working in a company and are to address a problem/issue/situation in that specific company — DO NOT try to solve the issue for the whole profession/world!

In 200 words describe the problem/issue/situation and its negative impacts.  If possible, you can also discuss what you think are some of the causes (though later this will need research to back it up).

Then in another 200 words describe your proposed solution to significantly move towards progress or a “fix”.  You might also discuss what kind of research you hope to find to support it.  Remember, you do not have to 100% solve the issue, but you must make significant gains considering the time/money/energy put into the solution.
