I located these sources by using some of my keywords for my topic. I was able to find some good resources due to my topic being one that is current and due to the pandemic one that has changed the way most employers hire and go forward with their current work set up. I tried to use the two that mostly applied to my topic since I wanted to take the pandemic into consideration.
