For this class you need to develop a Personal Leadership Plan.  This plan should be between 2 & 4 pages.  This plan can be related to your work, your personal life, or to your role in any organization to which you belong. 

For this plan, look at where you want to be in the next two years.  Your strategy should include, but not be limited to, the following.   How will you get to this point?  What leadership tools and strategies will you use?  What areas of improvement do you see for yourself?   Include scholarly articles.

I wish to create a Personal Leadership Plan about my life

About me: Student at mercer university studying a masters in Leadership and public safety.

I plan on landing an administrative job after graduation in 2022 with a justice department. Hopefully a juvenile justice system. I plan to develop career training programs for troubled teens. Also I want to get in shape mentally and physically.  I also plan to start studying for the LSAT to get into law school at Mercer. Any additional info need for the plan let me know.
