Write a criminal complaint affidavit. There is no minimum or maximum page required for the CCS criminal complaint affidavit, but usually, a case like this needs at least 4-5 pages of facts (double spaced) to (just barely) meet the probable cause standard. The format should follow some of the other cases that we’ve studied. Here are also some examples (note: the one that is 172 pages is abnormal!)
