The essay needs to be at least seven complete pages in length with an additional Works Cited page. (Formatting will be in MLA style, latest addition.)

Please discuss responsible pet ownership in general; this will allow you to use all of your outline material but also add material dealing with different types of pets along with spay/neutering costs. You might also discuss pet breeders as a topic. Should they be banned or better regulated?
