Your Reflection Paper includes:

1. Your reflections on Six (6) artifacts. An artifact is a completed and graded assignment. You will need to include ONLY the 2nd and 3rd answers from case study analysis assignments- Clarification:
   1. Most case studies had at least three review questions. First assignment was to answer review questions. Second and/or third ones provided (a) a chance to elaborate  on which concepts introduced in the chapter were illustrated in the case study under consideration, and (b) reflection of how these concepts could be applied in your professional activities.
2. Please DO NOT include in your Summative reflection paper your answers to the case studies review questions. Usually, students provide a summary of case studies analysis (not more than 2-3 sentences), and reflection on how learning new concepts contributed to their academic and professional growth (assignments 2 and/or 3, please see explanation above).
3. Explain how participating in Forums helped you to enrich your knowledge and change/expand your opinions!
4. Finally, elaborate on major concepts of global strategy, elements of a strategic plan, and explain how the course contributed to your academic and professional growth.
