Develop a written mission statement and goals for your center. The mission should clearly and concisely state the purpose and business of the program in a manner that resonates with the current staff and current and potential families. The philosophy of your center should be clear in your mission statement. Your goals should provide examples of how you will carry out your mission. Make sure to include at least 5 goals which support your mission and address the quality of your center, efforts for inclusion, curriculum specifics, and anything else that will set you apart from other centers.
