Each student must write one 4-6-page Diversity Research Paper. 

Conduct research on health programs that have been implemented for members of the Black/African American female population.  Discuss topics such as their demographics, culture, health issues, practices, and beliefs. Summarize the literature and identify some best practices in a 4-6-page paper. Make sure to address how their culture affects their overall health and what are the causes of illnesses according to their beliefs. What did you learn about them?  What surprised you?  How would the knowledge you learned change how you plan educational programs or healthcare services for this population?
