More than a few horror writers have pointed out that horror movies ultimately aren’t about monsters or the monstrous. They’re about how people survive monsters and the monstrous and what they become or don’t become in the process.

Given that you all have dealt with a lot of monstrous things in your lives in the last couple of years, I thought it might be nice to shift focus for this post to how people cope with trying or monstrous circumstances. Let’s do that.
