The Topic I chose is Starbucks and the accident that happened in Philadelphia of the two young men getting locked up for sitting in Starbucks. My professor says focus on how the company addressed the crisis, (statements from the CEO/social media), what actions/changes they made internally and how they educated their employees, and how that information was shared/promoted with public and consumers.
