Writing Homework Help
Texas State University San Marcos
1. The day and time you completed the lecture/workout on your own.
2. Your rate of perceived exertion (RPE), a number on a scale of 1-10. (1-almost asleep, 10 about to expire from exertion!)
Perceived exertion is how hard you feel like your body is working. It is based on the physical sensations a person experiences during physical activity, including increased heart rate, increased respiration or breathing rate, increased sweating, and muscle fatigue (CDC, “Perceived Exertion,” 2019).
