Identify each Organizational Behavior concept with subheading and prepare response based on questions according to each concept.  Provide a short introduction of each manager’s organization and industry.

CAD Project – Solid Works

Computer-aided design is a major component of modern engineering and rapid prototyping.  To celebrate your future career in modern engineering, we are offering the opportunity to earn points for generating a computer-aided design of a scientific apparatus.  Typically students use Solidworks software, however other programs can generate sufficient files.
In order to gain credit in this exercise, you will need to submit files that clearly demonstrate that the authorship and artistry of the design is yours.  Zipped files are best. Solidworks assemblies are welcome, as long as all component files are present so that they can be opened.
Student projects are assessed upon difficulty, accuracy, and accompanying word file explanation of the use of the apparatus and its influence on science.
Designs used for your Solidworks design course are not accepted for credit. This means that mechanical pencils, bicycle gears and pedals, as well as other assignments given in that course will not gain credit.  The design has to be new, and has to be chemistry apparatus.

Economics Article Analysis

Article: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/28/business/economy/federal-reserve-says-ready-to-act.html
It is important that you remain politically objective and consider the economic implications of the article in a measured and analytic way. The goal of these exercises is to apply the theoretical framework we will be learning to contemporary real world issues – less important is whether you agree with a particular policy or not. Your analysis should include both written analysis and graphs to support your arguments. You should address the content of the news article in a clear and thorough manner. Legibility is a key part of communicating your ideas. Grading is out of five points possible and will focus on three main areas: 1) addressing the issues discussed in the article, 2) accurately using economic theory to analyze the issues, 3) clarity of communication.
