This is a team project about Home Depot for my Human Resource Selection class. I attached the outline, and this is for part 1 of the project. I am responsible for the strategies and objectives part (1 page), and the strengths and weaknesses part (1 page). Here are the questions for the parts:

Strategy and Objectives (1 page): What is the strategy of the business? What are the key objectives? If there is not a clear, consistent strategy, what are the implications for the business? What are the key sources of competitive advantage?

Strengths and Weaknesses (1 page): What does the organization do well? Where are the opportunities to improve?
