- Do the needs change from year-to-year on the number of people needed to perform that work? Are we making sure we have not over hired based on the economic indicators affecting our business?
- How many will normally be leaving annually? How many people retire? Can we eliminate jobs or combine jobs to reduce our labor force and maintain those who do satisfactory work?
