UFM An Initiative that Requires Leadership Is Very Beneficial in School Discussion

I’m working on a philosophy question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Davis presents how restorative justice works in schools, mass incarceration and in police violence. Myerson and Smith discuss why reparations are needed in mainly a material (as well as spiritual) way), through things like Baby Bonds, UBI, or full employment. These authors present initiatives that require leadership, problem-solving skills, community action, effective communication, and cooperative efforts. Please consider and comment on how we might work to employ these initiatives in schools, prisons, our government, and elsewhere to work towards restorative justice and social change. Don’t forget to refer to something in the readings in your response.
