question: “Are believers in two different religions, such as Christianity and Islam, or
Hinduism and Confucianism, able to be about as moral, on average, as each other?”
Now, keep in mind that a typical believer in any religion thinks, “Surely people in my
religion are more moral, overall, since being a believer in the best religion means
that people know what is right and what is wrong.”
Is that typical opinion correct? If not, why not? Tell us whether two people in
different religions would end up being about as moral as the other one, so religion
