One of your friends named “Sara” put her profile in the online dating site “Match.com”. Her profile was shared to multiple sites without her consent. Also, she automatically cancelled her subscription via automated e-mail that she received from the company but was charged 150 pounds and the company is not willing to refund her the money. The company claims that their terms and condition clearly states that the user profile will be shared to partners websites. Furthermore, Match.com also says that the automatic renewal is a service provided to customer for convenience.
Question:
