Discuss the following:

• Describe 3 characteristics that you feel are important for a leader to be successful.
  • Rate yourself on each of these characteristics. Use a scale of 1–5, where 1 = you do not possess this characteristic at all and 5 = this is a very strong characteristic of yours.
• Based on these characteristics, would you be an effective leader?
