So for our Project here we need to create a Dashboard, I have attached two dashboards for reference and a PDF file to get the information from. For now you will only do the starting steps and I will give you more instructions for the next steps.

I would like our dashboard to be more eye-catching and also useful, so I’d rather use one of the available excel templates (unless you are really good at this stuff).

You can include placeholders as well for the subcategories of data.

For your reference, if you look at the attached there’s a slide for each Focus Area. On Slide 6 Focus area one shows 3 different subcategories.

So these would be under the column heading Process Improvement.

I don’t want to populate with data yet because I think using formulas is always better; we will need to figure out how we will work with a ‘live’ version but also one we can send to the agency that is not live.
