6. Data gathering – Explain the process which will be used to gather or collect information. This section should include a description of how, when, where, and by whom the data will be collected. In addition, a data collection schedule and a description of quality control techniques during data collection should be included.  7. Data processing – Create a false data file with at least 50 respondents using the questionnaire as your data collection instrument. DO NOT actually interview respondents. You are only required to create a fake data file which will be used to show the client how the data will be analyzed. This section of the report should discuss the procedure that will be used to edit and code the data.

 8. Statistical analysis plan – Create an analysis plan to show the client how the data will be analyzed when the research is actually conducted. The purpose of this section is to show the client how the information collected will be analyzed to help them make effective marketing decisions. Charts and graphs using your fake data should be included to show the client sample analyses. Ensure your report includes an explanation of why each statistical analysis (i.e. frequencies, descriptives, T-tests, etc.) you are recommending was selected.
