2. The effect of the corporate culture (on the company that you have been researching) on innovation (the product or service that you have been working on for the past 8 weeks), and 
3. The role of leadership in promoting innovation (the product or service that you have been working on for the past 8 weeks).  
4. why it is a positive move the innovation (the product or service that you have been working on for the past 8 weeks) for the company, 
5. any associated resource allocations, and 
6. the results you expect.
7. Your written report must include a one-page executive summary for the Executive Team.
