Hello Everyone, this is a case study about the six sigma and the DMAIC process. The case study is in APA style and needs to consist of an Introduction, Analysis, Solution, Justification, Summary and references. I have attached 2 files. A pdf article and a word document with the case study template. Basically, the assignment is to provide a summary of how the individual/company (found on pdf file) utilizes the DMAIC process to solve problems and provide a summary for each of the sections per the template.
