I’m working on a management question and need support to help me understand better.

There are many examples of excellent leadership in organizations and examples of poor leadership in organizations. There are many popular books written on the subject and even a TV show “Undercover Bosses” which shows examples of leadership. One of my personal favorite organizational leaders is Richard Branson. He’s quite charismatic and seems like a nice guy.
