Criminal homework help

Criminal homework help.

This is for my class Criminal Trial Preparation
We are working on a trial notebook. We begin with  the  commission of a crime  and  continue through the final resolution  of the  case. Topics  will include  crime scene  investigation,  police investigative  practices,  the determination  of charges, bail, plea-bargaining, motion  practice, witness  preparation, suppression hearings, the trial itself and sentencing.
The professor provides us a series of assignments and we have to do each assignment to include in the trial notebook. I have the 9th & 10th assignment that I need done. I will also upload the previous 8 assignments so you can see what the case is about and what the previous questions were in order to help with the 9th & 10th question.
In an effort to secure a plea conviction, the People told Randolph that they would seek discretionary persistent felony offender status with the the concomitant life sentence if he took his case to trial. They then offered him a plea to attempted murder with a 25 year determinate sentence. Randolph rejected this offer.
As for bail, eventually, the court reduced Randolph’s bail to $250,000. Not surprisingly, Randolph will be unable to make bail. As a result, he will remain in jail pending the outcome of his trial.
I have attached the assignment related to the suppression hearings in this case. You are to write the People’s research memorandum of law for one of these hearings.
The assignment is due Thursday.
Once again ASSIGNMENT 9&10 IS WHAT I NEED DONE. All the others are the previous assignments to use as reference.
