1. State the occupation and briefly describe why you chose this particular role?  Describe the role of the nurse in the community or public health setting.  Is the role a public or private nursing role?

2.  Discuss any adverse working conditions that might impact nursing & client’s  health status.

3. In the role of the nurse that you choose, discuss their involvement in the three levels of prevention in population health.

4. Discuss the resources, or lack of resources you would encounter in your role as a community/public health nurse.

5.  Include any specialized training, further education, and/or certification that may be necessary to work in this role.
