1. Identify a health disparity in your community. Provide support from the literature on why this is a disparity.

2. Write a letter to your county legislator(s) voicing facts and direct and indirect consequences related the disparity you have identified. Be sure to incorporate language that expresses your desire for a response from the legislator(s).   

3. In you letter suggest possible solutions to the disparity (supported by literature).

4. Discuss how you would use technology to bridge the gap and address this disparity.
