Choose a specific place you know well or spend a lot of time in. If this place is generally viewed as a natural place, I want you to try to find the unnaturalness of it or the evidence of human presence in this place. This can be a park, beach, forest, lake, etc.

If the place you choose is considered “unnatural” such as a factory, store, or office, try to find the “natural” or nature in this place

Lastly, consider if the natural/unnatural binary is easy to perceive in the place you have chosen. In other words, is the natural and unnatural easily separated or have they blended together?

This a creative, critical thinking exercise, so consider all of your senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch, and utilize what you know about the place to try to find the natural or unnatural. You do not need to conduct any prior research. (300 words minimum).
