Need help with my Religion question – I’m studying for my class.

Discuss the differences and similarities between the Middle Colonies (Links to an external site.), those of New England,  (Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.)and the Southern colonies (Links to an external site.).  Do you think we could have had a religious civil war (with of course political and economic issues as well) in America after the Revolutionary war?
