Fatphobia is a thing, and whether you have athletes trying to make weight or those trying to gain muscle, fat becomes an issue. There are many online resources that suggest that an individual can lose a significant amount of bodyweight quickly with either a very restricted diet or ketogenic diet.  I’ve included a couple of articles in the presentation and information folder that should be of interest regarding ketogenic diets for you to consider reading.
