I’m working on a education & teaching discussion question and need an explanation to help me learn.

Part 1 Questions 

Based on video posted below ” 5 Steps  for Brain Building Serve and Return” answer the following 2 questions”

1. What is your reaction and learning about the “Serve and return ” concept? Be specific.
2. How could you help others ( or even yourself)  to understand and practice this concept with their children?. Be specific.

Part 2 Questions 

The video link ( will take you to an external video)  “Nature or Nurture” below will open  in an other window when you click on it. Watch the video and answer the following question.

1. What is more important, nurture or nature, or they are the same?. Explain your answer based on what you learned from the video AND textbook. Be specific and include the page numbers where you find the information from your textbook.
2. Think about yourself growing up. .. Did your “nature” ( were you an easy going child, shy, active) affect the environment (affected how the people around you behaved)? Did the “nurture” aspect  (being exposed to affection or not) affect your development in any way? Explain your answers.

1. Provide one example of operant conditioning and one example from classical conditioning  that you have experienced as a human being:) We all have many, but just choose one for each.

2. After learning about classical and operant conditionings, do you think that human beings are 100% free will? Explain your answer.
