I’m working on a social science multi-part question and need a sample draft to help me study.

1) Read and consider the following scenario:

Mrs. Makayla Perkins is a 21 year old African American female social work case worker who is employed as a case manager at a social service agency.  Makayla’s job is to help drug addicted women find stable housing.  Makayla is assigned a client who is a 55 year old Latinx woman named Ms. Isabella Martinez. Isabella has been living on the streets as a homeless person off and on for nearly 20 years.  When Isabella first meets Makayla she blurts out “can I be assigned to a different person? I don’t mean no disrespect, but I’d rather have an older white male social worker, they get things done.”  Makayla is shocked by Isabella’s request and says that she will have to check with her supervisor.  Isabella then quickly follows up with “that won’t help, I guess I’ll stick with you for now.  Just please help me find some housing, ’cause I’m tired of living in a world full of social workers who don’t help Hispanic women, you know?”
