Organisational Behavior
Organisational Behavior.
The case study aims to assess an individual’s ability to identify key people issues within an organisation, and then apply the knowledge of course concepts and theories to these issues. As part of the exam, there will be two questions (the exact wording varies to make it relevant to the specific case):
· What are the people issues and how do these relate to key OB concepts and theories?
· What recommendations would you make to address these issues?
Students are recommended to approach the case study as two separate questions as they will be marked as such, with each question worth 30 marks. Answers should be structured in paragraphs and draw heavily on the specifics of the case organisation to provide evidence of different OB concepts and theorie.
