Step One – Outlining Your Story: Using Chapter 2 of Resonate, decide what quick, 30-second story you can tell to support the purpose of your Informative Presentation. Create an outline for your story using the three-act structure:

• Act 1: Set Up or Situation
• Act 2: Confrontation or Complication
• Act 3: Resolution

Step Two – Placing Your Story: Where does this story best fit? Should it go in the introduction as the hook or attention-getter for your Informative Presentation?
