please create for me a PowerPoint presentation that should be regarding MAPH ANALYSIS- I will be presenting it, it should be long enough to be able to present for at least 10 minuites, below is the rubricHere are the criteria:

1) Pick a unique topic (first come- first serve) that has NOT been done yet in class (ex. NOT PCR) If you have a technique that uses multiple things including one we’ve done, that is fine but run it by me first. The table below will be filled in when students pick their topics. MY TOPIC IS MAPH ANALYSIS

2) Do your presentation PowerPoint, you doing a presentation so long as it is constructive and useful. 

3) Make sure you provide a real-life example of its use. So look for a paper we have done or one you’ve done for another class and find the relevant figure(s) and explain how the technique was used and what was found.

4) Be sure to explain the premise of your technique (what is it? what can it tell you? how does it work?) You don’t need to get into the detailed physics of instrumentation, but you need to be able to generally explain the concept and how it works at the level of our class (Ex. Cryo-EM, you know it enables us to get a 3D structure of a protein, but what kind of proteins are done in this method and why?)

Things to avoid, gel-electrophoresis (seriously who cares). UNLESS you are showing SDS-PAGE or another one we’ve NOT DONE or it is in connection to another technique (ex. Western blots do an SDS PAGE, then the antibody stuff). Overly simplistic topics should have another technique added to them to make them worthwhile (just ask me first).
