Hello everyone my name is Alondra. I believe that if there was no local government life would be worse. The national government oversees important aspects that go on in the country as a whole, for example, the national government is in charge of building a defense for the country against threats and establishing laws on a national level. I strongly believe if the national government would be responsible for running local communities then the system would get overwhelmed in dealing with both governments. The government would then start overlooking some important aspects that help keep the country up and running. Another aspect to be considered is that not all local communities are on the same level of need within the community. For instance, in one region they may require more attention in their schooling foundation, Whereas in another area the need to focus on housing availability is their priority. Each demographic region may also differ in their beliefs and values, in that if a majority of a population in an area have the same values then state governments would create regulations that appease and fulfill those needs within that region. In conclusion, the establishment of local and state government help assist the national government by providing a  lending hand and assuring that the local communities needs are being met and that those communities are also being rightfully represented within the nation. Without a local government, the whole system would slowly cause chaos and deteriorate the peace and order within the nation.
