   This course will require you to work with a team to complete a project of a final presentation/paper.The assignment for this week is to write a minimum two page not more than four pages essay on your experience with groups. This can be on an athletic team, church choir, work related, school, etc. The essay should include the type of group, goal of the group, level of participation on your part, experience with members in the group and finally a critique of the effectiveness of the group. Feel free to include references from this weeks material.
