**That means there should be two parts to your submission: A journal and a write up about how the project went that includes your reactions to the project.

The journal should have something at least for each day you specifically worked on the project (2 days the first week, 3 days the second week, and 4 days the third week if your project was structured that way.) You can certainly write in the journal during other days to compare and contrast if you want to.

Your final write up should include your feelings about the project as a whole and how much impact you think it had. Also include if you think it will cause you to make any lasting changes. (Be honest here. I know this doesn’t change everyone’s life and I am OK with that.)
