I need support with this Application Writing question so I can learn better.

Background: I received my bachelors in 2016 with low GPA due to complicated family issues. I’m looking to get accepted into this post bac, redeem myself and enter medical school in a year. Although my GPA is not desirable, I have extensive volunteer and social services work that related to healthcare and helping people in general.
