Track media coverage of a Sports story for 3-5 days so make sure it is a story that has “legs.”

Topic: European Super League

Legs are stories that stick around for a longer time.

Intro the topic — WHY is it a story/

SET parameters of your analysis – WHEN and WHAT media outlets did you track over a week’s period. Explain why these two different media outlets would cover a story differently (team website v newspaper, national v local; blog v. traditional media outlet, etc..). Make sure to identify each story as news or opinion/column.

What did you see over the next few days – how much is story covered, placement, tone, quotes, placement, etc… Look for how the story is covered same or differently.
